COVID SHIPPING:


Shipping demand is high this year and delays are expected industry wide. We recommend you place your order as soon possible!


Recommended ship dates to ensure delivery:


Christmas -December 16



We ship 2 Day orders on Monday-Wednesday. We ship overnight packages Monday-Thursday. Our products are shipped via FedEx, packed frozen in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs.


When you place an order you have three shipping options:


Standard Shipping is included in the price of every order.  Using this option, we will send your order using either Ground or 2 day Air depending on the destination, for all packages that can arrive at their destination within two or three days.  This option covers most locations within the U.S. An additional charge of $20 will be added to each item shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. An additional $20 charge will be added to the following states: Washington , North Dakota, South Dakota, Oregon, Montana, Utah, Arizona, Main, Massachusetts, New Jersey, West Virginia, New York, Idaho, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, Vermont, Rhode Island, Maryland, Virginia, Wyoming, Nevada, California, South and West Texas, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Delaware, Pennsylvania.
 
Fed Ex 2-Day ($20 per box) delivers your package within 2 business days.  All 2-Day shipping orders must be placed no later than noon (Central Time) (Holiday Orders must be placed by 8:00 a.m. during Nov. 15 - Dec. 31) on Wednesday to be delivered the same week.  All 2-Day orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the following Monday. 
 
Fed Ex Overnight ($40 per box) delivers your package on the following business day.  All Next Day orders must be placed no later than noon (Central Time) (Holiday Orders must be placed by 8:00 a.m. during Nov. 15 - Dec. 31) on Thursday to be delivered the same week.  All Next Day orders placed after this cutoff time  cxwill be shipped the following Monday. 


 
We make every effort to please, but we are not responsible for package delays due to errors made by the shipping company.  We reserve the right to replace or refund bona fide claims at our discretion.  If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please call (800) 264-2475.

Due to summer temperatures, certain areas may require an additional charge for upgraded shipping methods.
