Complicated Easter menus are a thing of the past. This 3 ingredient BBQ Peach Glazed Ham usher in the BBQ season with ease. I leave the hard work to Petit Jean so I can focus on the side dishes. When the time changes and makes us spring forward, my mind automatically springs forward to BBQ season. I love pork and I love BBQ. Both are a must have in mine and my family’s life.

This ham recipe calls for only 3 ingredients and it couldn’t be easier. Petit Jean spiral cut ham is the key to my Easter ease with this recipe.

I will never forget the time my electric knife went out. I had to use a regular knife and could not get the perfect cut on the ham. There is nothing like pulling a delicious smelling, glazed, smoked Petit Jean ham from the oven and trying to use your electric knife only to realize it doesn’t work anymore. Seriously, I went from plugin to plugin thinking I could revive it. Nothing I worked. I decided right then and there that I wouldn’t run into this problem again. The very next holiday I went with the Petit Jean Spiral Sliced ham. I took the worry out of my Easter Holiday whether my electric knife worked or not. It’s cut so perfectly to the right thickness that I love. I can still add my flavoring, but I don’t have to worry about the cut.

  4. Remove foil from heated ham.
  5. Slather the BBQ Peach Glaze all over the ham.
  6. Place ham back in the oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
  7. Slather ham again with BBQ Peach Glaze.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with additional glaze. Eat and Enjoy!

This easy BBQ Peach Glaze is a hit with my family and I bet you will love it too. You can easily half the glaze recipe but I like to make the whole batch, so I can warm it up and drizzle on the slices of ham. I also love to use the leftovers to slather on Petit Jean bacon the next morning. Talk about some yummy BBQ candied baked bacon.
