There are SO many breakfast casseroles out there. We have adapted this favorite so that is perfect for adults AND kids. We added Petit Jean Ham to give it a smoky flavor and let’s face it, CHEESE just makes everything better!
HAM AND CHEESE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS - 6 servings
INSTRUCTIONS
Grease pan. Add frozen, shredded potatoes to the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs together in large bowl.
Add half and half, season salt, cheddar cheese, pepper jack, and chopped ham.
Pour over the top of the frozen potatoes.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
