INGREDIENTS
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Cook bacon to desired crispness and pat away grease with a paper towel.
2.) Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over low heat or microwave until just soft. Stir.
3.) Dip bacon or spread chocolate on with a pastry brush.
4.) Let dry on wax paper.
5.) For an added effect, drizzle with white chocolate or crushed almonds.
