HAM AND CHEESE PIZZA BREAD

INGREDIENTS - 6-10 slices


1 loaf frozen wheat bread dough
Thawed butter or margarine, softened
1½ cups chopped Petit Jean Smoked Ham
½ green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped or several green onions
⅓ cup black olives, chopped
Minced garlic to taste
2 chopped jalapeños or can of green chiles, chopped
½ lb. sliced cheese (provolone, swiss, cheddar)
Grated parmesan cheese
Egg white


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Roll dough to a 16"x12" rectangle.

  2. Spread butter over it.

  3. Layer desired ingredients, ending with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.

  4. Fold over on top in thirds.

  5. Pinch ends together.

  6. Put on non-sticky tray, seam side down.

  7. Brush with egg white wash.

  8. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until golden brown on the top.

  9. Let cook a few minutes before cutting into slices.
