HAM FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook rice according to package directions for firm texture, cool.
Place ham, onion, green pepper, celery, (mushrooms, bamboo shoots) in a large skillet; saute in oil until onions are soft.
Add salt, pepper and seasoning salt, mixing well.
Add rice and soy sauce, stirring after the addition of each.
Pour well beaten eggs into the mixture and cook over medium hear, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
Serve immediately.
