8 Petit Jean Jumbo Griller Hot Dogs (2 packs)
16 slices of Petit Jean Hickory Smoked Bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheese (we used monterey jack/colby mix)
8 hot dog buns
(Petit Jean Chili optional)
1.) Slice hot dogs horizontally down the middle and stuff with shredded cheese.
2.) Cook bacon halfway through in the microwave (about 2 minutes).
3.) Carefully wrap two slices around each hot dog, securing with toothpicks.
4.) Try to secure evenly on sides of the hot dog so that it is easier to flip the dogs on the grill.
5.) Grill until bacon is cooked, cheese is melted and dogs are done
