SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH HAM

INGREDIENTS - 4 servings
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in large saucepan.
Stir in flour, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper until smooth.
Add milk gradually and bring to a boil.
Stir for 2 minutes.
Combine potatoes and ham.
Place half mixture in greased baking dish.
Top with half of the sauce.
Cover and bake at 375º for 1 hour or until potatoes are almost tender.
Add remaining butter to top.
Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes longer.
