INGREDIENTS
Your favorite hot dog bun or bread
Petit Jean Hot Dog, Polish Sausage , All Beef Hot Dogs or Jumbo Grillers
Petit Jean Cheese (Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Smoked Cheddar or Garlic Cheese )
INSTRUCTIONS
Split the hot dogs down the middle and place in a skillet or on the grill pan until heated.
Butter each of the hot dog bun on both sides while heating your hot dogs.
Lay the bun inside down and warm for one minute then turn over and fill with cheese, hot dog and any other condiment of your choosing like jalapeños, sauerkraut or onions.
Fold the bun over and brown both sides until cheese is melted and bun is well toasted.
