INGREDIENTS
2 cups Petit Jean Bacon Cooked and crumbled
2-3 tablespoons of bacon drippings
2 cup Sweet onions
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup Sugar
½ cup brown sugar
4 oz of pitted dates chopped
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Sherry Vinegar
½ cup Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the bacon then crumble
Saute the onions and garlic over low heat until tender
Add both sugars, both vinegars, water dates and mix well with the onion mixed next add the bacon and let this bubble on a very low temperature for 20-30 mins
