INGREDIENTS (makes 1 cocktail)
1 oz. White Rum
2 oz. Irish Cream liqueur
2 oz. Milk
½ tsp. pure maple syrup, plus extra for garnish
Crumbled Petit Jean Meats Bacon
Mini Frozen Pancakes, heated by package directions
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the White Rum, Irish Cream, Milk and Pure Maple Syrup.
Shake until combined. In a martini glass, pour in the cocktail, garnish with 3 mini pancakes skewered, drizzle maple syrup over the mini pancakes, top the pancakes & cocktail with crumbled Petit Jean Meats bacon.
