Our spiral sliced peppered hams are hand-prepared and slowly smoked with burning hickory chips. What makes our peppered hams different is a special blend of brown sugar and black pepper that is hand-rubbed onto the surface to give it a sweeter and spicier flavor.
Warming Instructions: Our ham is fully cooked and does not require additional cooking. To heat through, heat for 10 minutes per pound at 325 degrees. Spiral hams should be double wrapped in foil prior to heating to retain moisture.
