Arkansas Style Smoked Sausage
We make our Arkansas Style Smoked Sausage using a special Petit Jean recipe that’s three-quarters of a century old. Our links get their unique flavor from a blend of four different kinds of pepper, giving them the delicious flavor Arkansans have enjoyed for years.
For the longest time, Ive used either hamburger when on a budget, or Italian Sausage when cooking for guests for my red sauce meals. My wife recently decided to have me try the Arkansas Smoked Sausage, and I dont know how I could ever go back. We no keep a package in our fridge at all times.
